As an Application Analyst (Hospital), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Source and propose appropriate IT solutions that can streamline and improve business operations
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their business operation process and requirements
- Work closely and support Reporting Officer in the procurement, acquisition and implementation of IT systems
- Accountable, troubleshoot and resolve daily IT systems issues reported within SLA, working closely with vendors, key stakeholders and cross-functional team members
- Prepare and maintain IT Systems documentation such as functional specification, design specification, test specification, operation and user guide
- Manage, perform and support User Acceptance Testing
- Good conversational skills and ability to conduct end user training
- IT operational support
Requirements:
- Recognized Professional Certificate/Diploma in relevant field.
- Good knowledge in process and workflow mapping and analysis.
