Job Description

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Banking domain.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle
Strong expertise in Unix, SQL, Oracle, cloud, troubleshooting and analyzing Fabric-related logs, including system, application, security, audit, and debugging logs.
Strong knowledge of GCP networking, load balancers, VPNs, hybrid cloud connectivity, IAM, security, and access management.
Extensive experience in Oracle technologies, including SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Performance Tuning.
Hands-on experience in database migration projects, including DB2 to Oracle and On-Premises to Cloud migrations.
Expertise in Double-Take Cloud setup, replication configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience working with Jira or equivalent Agile project management tools.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Unix Shell Scripting and process automation.
Advanced knowledge of ITRS Geneos monitoring and administration.
Experience in project documentation, governance reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Request Management.
Experience supporting production applications and mission-critical business services.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments.
