App Backend Operation Executive

Blooms App Holdings Pte Ltd is a mobile application software company. We use algorithm to manage/schedule service providers, assign them to the nearest addressess (Customers).

The App Backend Operation executive main responsibility is to oversee the daily jobs fulfillment, ensuring that all incoming orders through app booking are served by the correct crews.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Administer app backend admin panel,

2. Liaise with mobile development team for process improvement.

3. Lead collaborations with product partners.

4 Oversees the operation at Customer Care center at Ang Mo Kio Town center), which includes marketing and efficient service delivery.

4. Informs customers of new products/service launches, offerings, promotions via in-house notification and broadcasting platforms.

5. Lead crews job delivery efficacies, through first principles, applying engineering/technical know-how to improve service quality. Such as the right use of tools.

6. Handles manpower issues, crew recruitment.

7. Invloved in digital marketing projects from occasionally.
