Job Responsibilities
- Set up Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for immigration from a regional level and help to create a framework and overview of regional mobility
- Organize discussion groups for each case and co-work with Policy, HRBP, business and vendors to find solutions
- Manage immigration vendors in all stages of execution to ensure a high level of service delivery with empathy and professionalism
- Optimize processes and programs to address business requirements, increase efficiency and employee experience.
- Identify opportunities to scale and improve operations to a world-class standard across the hiring support team
- Create and maintain documentation including process maps, training resources, and knowledge management.
- Maintain data accuracy in all work systems and trackers for 1000+employees
- Ensure that employees digital documents and folders are clearly labeled in a consistent format to maintain neatness and facilitate easy retrieval.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in managing and navigating various immigration programs or similar HR operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and managing large datasets.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, even when working under pressure.
- Able to handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong organisational skills with a meticulous approach to tracking cases,deadlines, and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems to drive efficiency
- Proactive problem solver, able to navigate ambiguity and support process improvements where needed.
- Vendor anagement experience is highly preferred, including large scale and regional engagement.
