Job Description
- Provide end-to-end Supply Chain leadership for APAC, covering Demand & Supply Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, and regional supply chain cost performance.
- Represent the APAC Supply Chain function in the regional management team and act as the primary interface between Global Supply Chain and local subsidiaries.
- Drive the execution of global and regional Supply Chain strategies, ensuring consistent implementation of corporate processes, standards, and governance across APAC.
- Manage regional S&OP, Forecast-to-Plan, and Order-to-Invoice processes, balancing service levels, inventory, and costs in line with strategic targets.
- Lead and develop high-performing APAC Supply Chain teams, including target setting, performance reviews, coaching, and talent development.
- Deliver strong performance against agreed KPIs and proactively manage supply risks.
- Drive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives across APAC Supply Chain, in close collaboration with various stakeholders such as Global Supply Chain, CMOs, and key customers.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in supply chain or operations, ideally within the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry, including at least 5 years in a people leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, industry standards, and best practices.
- Strong, effective communication and proven ability to collaborate proactively across functions with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated effectiveness working in diverse, multicultural environments.
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel across the APAC region.
