Job Description

This is a 6 month contract role renewable!

This role will contribute to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations, ensuring the region remains a key driver of global growth. Our client is a Mutlinational - American company operating an online marketplace.

What You'll Do

  • Drive clear communication between APAC and global teams, ensuring alignment on performance against monthly and annual targets.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis including data querying, modeling, and insight generation to inform business decisions.
  • Support regional leadership in defining and executing market strategiescovering lead generation, conversion optimization, supply acquisition, and pricing initiatives.
  • Partner with data science teams to size opportunities, evaluate ROI, and measure program effectiveness.
  • Manage operational needs of the APAC Supply team, including quota setting, performance evaluation, and cadence reporting.
  • Translate centrally designed programs into actionable strategies for APAC markets, territories, and geographies.
  • Develop and implement sales and account management playbooks tailored to regional execution.
  • Define and refine sales support systems and processes to enable rapid growth and market development.
  • Provide analytical and operational support to leadership in evaluating team performance.
  • Contribute to special projects and prepare ad hoc reporting as required.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 58 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience building and evolving business/financial models.
  • Expertise in monitoring metrics, extracting insights, and driving productivity improvements across the customer lifecycle.
  • Understanding of value drivers across different go-to-market strategies and business models.
  • Experience executing regional and local market strategies, including field productivity programs.
  • Professional work habits, consistency, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in both collaborative and independent environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and GSuite; advanced data analytics skills (e.g., SQL) required.
