A global IT services company is seeking an accomplished and strategic Partnership Manager to join its APAC team in Singapore. This senior role is critical in accelerating regional growth through high-impact alliances and ecosystem partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with strong industry relationships and a proven ability to build, scale, and optimise partnership ecosystems that deliver tangible commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen partnerships by identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with key partners, including resellers, implementation partners, and strategic alliances
- Drive strategic alignment by co-creating and executing joint business plans that support the organisation's regional growth objectives
- Oversee partner-related pipeline management to ensure consistent revenue contribution and accurate forecasting
- Leverage partnerships to expand market presence across APAC, introducing innovative solutions and services
- Maintain transparent and effective communication channels while enabling partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics to identify emerging partnership opportunities and enhance market positioning
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 10-15+ years of partnership experience within the global system integrator(GSI) or OEM ecosystem.
- Must possess proven industry relationships with tier 1 OEMs such as Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, AWS, Salesforce, Dell, and HPE.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Solid understanding of IT solutions, cloud services, and emerging technologies
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of operating independently in a dynamic environment
