APAC Manager - Recruitment Services

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced APAC Manager – Recruitment Services to lead and grow our recruitment business across the Asia-Pacific region.

This is a fully remote, hands-on leadership role combining team management, business development, recruitment delivery and regional growth.

You will lead and coach a team of Recruitment Consultants based across China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia, while taking ownership of the commercial growth and performance of the APAC region.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach a remote team of Recruitment Consultants across China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.
• Drive team performance through regular coaching, target setting, pipeline reviews and individual development.
• Take ownership of the growth and commercial performance of the APAC region.
• Develop new clients through proactive business development and build relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers and senior decision-makers.
• Generate new recruitment mandates, pitch our services and negotiate commercial terms.
• Develop existing client relationships and identify opportunities to expand our recruitment services across APAC.
• Remain hands-on with recruitment, managing strategic and senior assignments when required.
• Support consultants with business development, sourcing strategies, client management and negotiations.
• Identify new markets, sectors and commercial opportunities to support our continued expansion across APAC.
• Work closely with global leadership to define and execute the company's regional growth strategy.

Your Profile

• Strong experience within a recruitment agency, ideally in a 360 recruitment environment.
• Proven experience managing and coaching recruitment consultants and driving team performance.
• Strong track record in business development, client acquisition and revenue generation.
• In-depth knowledge of the APAC recruitment market, ideally including China, Hong Kong, Singapore and/or Malaysia.
• Experience managing a remote and multicultural team across multiple countries.
• Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership of regional growth.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Chinese and English essential.
• Comfortable operating in a fully remote, international and results-driven environment.

You will develop a high-performing recruitment team across China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia, increase revenue from existing clients, win new business and identify opportunities to expand our presence across APAC.
