Purpose of the Role:
The Learning Delivery Manager exists to empower and develop underwriters at Chubb by delivering high-quality, engaging learning experiences. Through expert facilitation of training sessions, workshops, and learning initiatives, this role ensures employees gain the essential knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel in their careers. By fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, the Delivery Manager plays a key role in supporting Chubb's commitment to excellence and expertise in underwriting.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for APAC, taking responsibility for all technical learning needs and acting as the main liaison for regional training initiatives.
- Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate engaging virtual training sessions across all regions, as well as in-person workshops and learning initiatives across APAC when needed. This includes all related facilitation activities, with an emphasis on adapting techniques to diverse learning styles and backgrounds while fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment. Learning Delivery Managers are expected to be flexible and prepared to deliver content for any region, with training and support provided to ensure familiarity with all regional materials. Facilitation duties are shared collaboratively across the team and are not limited to a specific region.
- Work as a key member of the APAC Training & Development (T&D) team, partnering closely with team members, business leaders, and stakeholders in your region. Consult with business units to provide expert guidance, insights, and recommendations that address specific challenges, support strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement aligned with both regional and organizational goals. Communicate local needs to the Global Relationship Manager/Head of Chubb Global Learning to determine COE support for requirements beyond learning facilitation.
- Prepare and deliver content by reviewing materials, using assessments and feedback tools to measure understanding, and providing constructive feedback to support skill development.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, business units, and HR to refine training materials, implement relevant learning solutions, and leverage insurance expertise across multiple lines of business.
- Track participation and progress, report outcomes, and utilize CTX or any other available Learning Solution Management (LSM) system to monitor effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and best practices to enhance training quality and impact.

- Professional and engaging presentation skills.
- Deep technical expertise in P&C Insurance Underwriting is required.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate, analyze, and interpret technical information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to flex hours to teach audience in a variety of times zones .
