APAC IT Manager

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and networks across APAC offices and data center sites.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure operational efficiency and security.
• Lead regional IT initiatives, including system upgrades, cloud integration, and digital transformation projects.
• Build and manage a high-performing IT team across multiple countries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement technology solutions that support business goals.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, including phishing simulations, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks.
• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery planning is in place and regularly tested.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of IT experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or regional role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and security best practices.
• Proven experience in leading cross-border teams or projects is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT service management.
• Exposure to cybersecurity concepts and tools (e.g., firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a cybersecurity-focused role.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CompTIA, CISSP) are advantageous.
