Overview
Responsible for APAC Application Support and P roject management
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Works closely with business process owners in Supply Management, Commercial, 3 rd party distributor in designing and configuring systems to fit the business process
- Ability to influence best practice and value stream design into systems
- Participate or manage projects to implement system in APAC
- Vendor management in support of systems
- Master one of the following JDE Distribution, Finance or one CRM like Salesforce
- I dentify business patterns and areas for improvement in business processes and enable technology to deliver value for business in alignment with Global IT
- Advocate for APAC ERP needs with Global ERP instance
- D rive end to end process to deliver results
- Standardise ERP reporting
- Designs and standardise the integration with 3 rd party logistics
- Others local IT relative works when needed
Qualifications
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree and above holder in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Software engineering or equivalent.
- Good understanding on Pharmaceutical industry
- JDE Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Finance Management experience preferred
- Salesforce, NetSuite experience is a plus
- Computer Systems Validation knowledge (CSV) is a plus
- At least one full cycle of ERP implementation
- PMP certification preferred
- More than 5 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to travel 10-20% where required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Proven strong business process understanding, data interpretation, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Project management skill
- Strong business/financial acumen and senior stakeholders management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-initiation, willingness to work under pressure
- Ability to manage conflict
- Fluent spoken/written English and Chinese, Japanese is plus
