About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HRBP Manager to drive our people strategy and support our rapid growth across the APAC region. Based in Singapore, you will act as the primary HR partner for APAC leadership, providing full-spectrum HR support while leading key talent initiatives. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, build-from-the-ground-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to APAC leaders on org design, change management, and team effectiveness. Provide expert coaching on performance management and complex employee relations, ensuring local compliance.
- Talent Strategy: Partner with HR COEs to deploy global programs locally. Lead the talent review and planning for the region to build a robust leadership pipeline. Design and implement programs for performance, engagement, and career development to elevate capabilities and retention.
- Culture: Plays a key role in scaling our teams. Champion PingCAP's core values to amplify our employer brand and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years as an HRBP supporting commercial leaders in a multi-country APAC environment.
- Proven experience supporting rapid scaling and building teams tech/SaaS background highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
- Resilient, with the energy to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
