Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a global financial services firm to appoint an APAC HR Operations Specialist to join their Singapore office. This is an exciting opportunity to support HR operations across Asia Pacific, working closely with regional and global HR stakeholders within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

This individual will be responsible for supporting the delivery of HR operations across the region, with a broad remit covering payroll coordination, benefits administration, employee lifecycle processes, HR systems, data management, and general HR operations. A key part of the role will also involve reviewing existing processes and supporting the design and implementation of more effective and scalable HR processes across different APAC markets.

The successful candidate will partner closely with HR, payroll providers, benefits vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR services. The role will also support regional projects relating to process improvement, workflow design, automation, HR systems, and operational efficiencies, helping to strengthen the overall employee experience and HR operating model across APAC.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented HR Operations professional with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Experience across regional HR operations, payroll and benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management would be highly valued. Candidates who have been involved in designing, improving, or implementing HR processes and workflows, rather than purely administering existing processes, will be particularly well suited.
