Job Description
- Leading FP&A activities across multiple APAC markets.
- Developing and maintaining robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Providing strategic analysis to support commercial initiatives and regional growth.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, balancing financial discipline with commercial agility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes.
- Lead audits and ensure accurate financial documentation.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks effectively.
The Successful Applicant
A successful APAC Controller (FP&A) should have:
- A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Independent thinker with the confidence to challenge assumptions.
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of technology services business models.
- Analytical powerhouse with exceptional financial modeling and data interpretation skills.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex financial insights into clear business recommendations.
- Proven experience in FP&A, ideally within a regional or multinational setting.
- Professional qualifications (CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA) are good to have.
