We are currently seeking a dynamic APAC Director of Threat Intelligence (FortiGuard) to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

As an APAC Director of Threat Intelligence (FortiGuard), you will:

• Create new threat assets working directly with threat marketing to build a world class threat intelligence brand

• Be an excellent speaker who can articulate technical concepts into easily understood terms for a given target audience

• Possess technical acumen, focused on FortiGuard services & technology (primarily AI, Antivirus, IPS, Web filtering, Antispam)

• Engage in public speaking while representing Fortinet as an industry thought leader

• Work with regional sales to create leads from existing security alliances and relationships

• Create new content for use in presentations, whitepapers, blogs, and other media

• Deliver executive briefings at the corporate EBC site and at customer locations

• Deliver technical presentations, internal webcasts and engineer/sales team knowledge transfer

• Demonstrate FortiGuard security concepts in relation to Fortinet product, most importantly APT and threat intelligence

• Liaison and support strategic relationships when required such as Cyber Threat Alliance, CERT, and other security industry initiatives

• Collaborate closely with the sales team and clearly position Fortinet as the industry leader when compared to competitors

• Carry quarterly and annual revenue targets that are linked to sales support and Security Operations portfolio

• Grow strategic services including attached FortiGuard

We Are Looking For:

An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. Graduate degree preferred.

• Technical concept translation to a C-level environment

• Be a leading industry and subject matter expert

• Very strong presentation, speaking, and overall presence skills

• 10-15+ years of experience in the security industry with similar experience as provided here

• Understand malware and sandbox concepts (PE32/64 Windows)

• Understand security vulnerability and exploit lifecycles

• Penetration testing framework (ie: Metasploit) experience is a valuable asset

• The ability to network and build trust relationships at all levels of an organization

• Articulate and communicate effectively to technical and business leaders

• Clearly understand the competitive security landscape and be able to discuss differentiators in regard to APT defense, through Security Operations portfolio

• Work closely with the SE/CSE community, to ensure the growth of Fortinet products and accounts in their region
