About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytically-minded CRM Specialist to drive the execution, optimization, and measurement of our core user operations. Reporting to the CRM Lead, you will be the primary engine behind our multi-channel outreach, taking a hands-on approach to deploying, monitoring, and iterating on campaigns that manage the user lifecyclefrom initial engagement to high-impact reactivation.
This role is a fit for a specialist who enjoys the technical side of platform execution just as much as the data-driven pursuit of better conversion rates.
Core Responsibilities
- Campaign Deployment & Technical Setup: Independently configure and launch both automated and ad-hoc outreach initiatives. You will take direct ownership of optimizing touchpoints, incentive mechanics, and recall rates within your assigned segments.
- Continuous Optimization: Scrutinize campaign data to pinpoint performance gaps, providing the CRM Lead with evidence-based recommendations to refine segmentation, messaging, timing, and channel mix.
- Performance Reporting: Actively track and compile regular reports on campaign health, focusing on critical metrics such as reach, open rates, conversion, and user recall.
- Process Documentation: Build and maintain a robust library of campaign setups and operational best practices to ensure team scalability and consistency.
- Platform & Data Integrity: Support the overall health of the CRM ecosystem, ensuring user data is accurately integrated and segmented for precise targeting.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to ensure all CRM activities remain perfectly aligned with broader business goals and product release cycles.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in user operations, outreach, or CRM management, with a track record of building automated systems and executing reactivation strategies.
- Technical Tooling: Practical experience configuring campaigns within a major Marketing Automation platform (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Domain Knowledge: A solid grasp of user segmentation logic, digital communication best practices, and the technical infrastructure required for multi-channel scale.
- Analytical Skills: The ability to translate raw campaign metrics into actionable execution improvements.
- Professional Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail and the communication skills necessary to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
