APAC Counsel, 1-4 PQE (Relocation to EU)

A high-growth global platform at the intersection of tech, content, and live experiences is hiring a Legal Counsel to support its Asia-Pacific operations. With operations in over 40 countries and a passionate user base in the hundreds of millions, this company is reshaping how people connect with entertainment and culture worldwide.

We're looking for a junior-mid level lawyer who is commercially minded, internationally savvy, and excited by the idea of relocating to EU to join a lean, collaborative, and ambitious legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and terms of business
• Advise on product rollouts, regulatory frameworks, and commercial risks across Asia-Pacific
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and external counsel on cross-border matters
• Support corporate expansion, compliance, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Monitor legal developments in APAC and contribute to scalable legal infrastructure

Key Requirements

• 14 years PQE, with solid training in commercial law or cross-border advisory
• Fluent in English (SEA language proficiency a plus)
• International mindset and interest in working across markets and functions
• Open to relocating to Europe support available for onboarding
• Experience with tech, media, entertainment, or platform businesses a plus
