Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 13 Account Managers / Sales Managers to drive channel growth across APAC.
  • Develop and implement channel strategies to expand market reach and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners while strengthening existing partner relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to resolve both technical and commercial issues.
  • Create and manage partner incentive programs to improve engagement and performance.
  • Track and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Lead partner enablement programs, including product, solution, and sales training.
