We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to support the expansion and presence of ERA's business across the Asia-Pacific region. This role will provide exposure to regional markets, strategic initiatives, and cross-border collaboration within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of business expansion strategies across APAC markets
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and market entry initiatives
- Conduct market research and analysis on regional real estate trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports using PowerPoint and Excel
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and regional partners to support ongoing projects
- Assist in evaluating potential investments, partnerships, and franchise opportunities
- Support business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related fields. Fresh Grads are welcome to apply!
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to develop business plans and presentations
- Proactive, resourceful, and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong interest in the Southeast Asia real estate market
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different markets
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Vietnamese is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region
