WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The APAC & SEA Finance Lead is responsible for overseeing the financial and commercial performance of Assembly in the APAC & SEA region. As a key advisor to the APAC CEO, SEA business lead and Assembly global CFO you will provide a financial and operational perspective on the business.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY:

  • Acting as a strategic partner to the APAC and SEA executive teams, helping to shape, optimize and deliver the company's financial and business strategy
  • Leading the Client Finance function, ensuring close collaboration with operational teams to reflect accurate project financials in the ERP system, manage budgeting, and support ongoing education and guidance in financial processes
  • Overseeing the Treasury function, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and financing arrangements such as factoring and supply chain financing if necessary
  • Leading Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): forecasting, budgeting, performance monitoring, and management reporting, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Managing corporate reporting processes, including consolidation, managerial reporting, and compliance with SOX or equivalent frameworks
  • Partnering with commercial teams to support pricing strategy, deal structuring, and offer preparation
  • Collaborating with Accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensureconsistency and financial accuracy across functions
  • Driving transformation initiatives, including the transition of finance functions to Shared Service Centre where relevant and system implementations
  • Supporting business optimization initiatives to drive efficiency and profitability improvements
  • Maintaining high standards of governance, internal control, and regulatory compliance
  • Leading and developing a skilled finance team, fostering a culture of performance, ownership, and cross-functional cooperation



DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • Extensive commercial finance experience in the advertising industry across APAC markets
  • Management experience in the advertising industry across APAC markets
  • Strong knowledge of APAC financial regulations and business practices
  • Experience with group reporting, consolidation, and SOX compliance in an international business
  • Familiarity with shared service environments, including function transitions and process alignment
  • Proven track record in commercial finance and strategic planning
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Maconomy etc.)
  • Experience in multinational corporations with regional leadership roles is highly preferred.
