This position reports to the AP Director and works with offshore AP team, users/teams across Singtel & NCS and vendors. The candidate will be supporting AP projects which will provide the candidate with exposure to various AP functions.

Make an Impact by

• AP transformation projects
  • Enhancement initiatives to improve einvoicing platform - requirements gathering, project managing AP resources in UAT and issues resolutions as well as assisting in UAT, involve in the change management (eg prepare FAQs) / communications with internal stakeholders on the changed processes, suppliers onboarding onto einvoicing platform which may require the candidate to handle enquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Perform invoice processing and general ledger data entry in SAP accounting system
• Perform AP reporting activities including interco reconciliations, Balance Sheet schedules preparation
• Liaise with vendors/employees on payment issues
• Review staff claims for compliance against claim policy.

Skills for Success

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
• Basic knowledge in accounting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Verbal Communication skills
• Interpersonal skills

• Good time management and detail oriented
• Experience in prioritizing tasks in order to meet deadlines.
• Meticulous and efficient to manage high volume of transactions
