AP (6-month maternity cover/up to $3.8k)

Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for candidates for the position of AP (6-month maternity cover).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle payments and receipts (high volume)
• Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
• Bank Reconciliation
• Currency revaluation
• Internal billing
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Min 3 years of working experience in accounting scope of work
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Accounting experience from ship management industry will be an advantage
• Meticulous and accuracy are essential
• Able to work under tight reporting deadlines
• Team player and pleasant personality
