Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) tools
  • Recipe creation and optimization for AOI equipment
  • Coordinate with Process Engineering team for real time feedback of defect rate
  • Analysis on Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts for bump characteristics
  • Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA) & Support on Metrology tools
  • Enforce in the production line correct processing based on SOP's and working instructions
  • Support Production line for AOI and Metrology related issues

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ NITEC in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
  • Knowledge in schematic drawing and circuit diagram analysis
  • At least 1 year working experience in semiconductor industry
  • Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift
  • Possess problem solving skills
