Job Summary

The client has a well-established R&D and engineering center serving major customers worldwide in Digital Identity and Security domains ranging from mobile connectivity, IoT, banking & payment to government solutions. The Digital Payment business line is seeking an iOS mobile developer for their successful Mobile payment product. It offers a simplified digital experience solution for proximity payment and e-commerce, allowing banks and businesses to offer a multi-channel and multidevice payment experience. This sophisticated solution that involves multiple web services and clients, offers a single platform that provides ready-to-eat, easy-to-integrate services while ensuring best-in-class security.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and validate mobile SDKs and applications within the R&D project team following institutionalized processes and delivery standards to ensure high-quality product releases
• Develop mobile SDK components to enhance the product's functionality and integration capabilities for multi-channel payment solutions
• Prototype new technology features and contribute patent proposals to improve the existing technology platform and development methodology
• Troubleshoot and provide Level 3 support to customers, resolving complex technical issues to maintain product reliability and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align mobile development efforts with business objectives and security requirements
• Apply object-oriented design principles and programming skills to build scalable and maintainable mobile software components
• Implement unit testing and test automation to ensure code quality and reduce defects in mobile applications
• Utilize continuous integration and build automation tools such as Jenkins and Gradle to streamline development workflows and accelerate delivery cycles
• Demonstrate self-motivation and apply strong logical and creative problem-solving skills to overcome technical challenges in mobile application development

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Information Security, Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in mobile technologies, with a strong focus on Android development using Java and Kotlin

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in native iOS development to support cross-platform mobile solutions
• Strong interest and knowledge of the mobile applications ecosystem to anticipate trends and user needs
