Analyst / Senior Analyst, Logistics & Industrial Capital Markets

Duties and Responsibilities:

. Involvement in the execution of both buy and sell side transactional business in the Singapore Capital markets business
. Conduct financial modelling, focusing on discounted cash flow analysis, sales comparable analysis, etc
. Review client / operator's cash flow projections and support with benchmarking analyses
. Assist in preparation of proposals, marketing materials / information package on sell side transactions
. Assist with due diligence of relevant documents (review of legal documents, title, management contracts, etc.) Research and analyse real estate market fundamentals
. Assist with pitch / marketing documents and any other duties that management may reasonably require.

Requirements:

. Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline such as business, finance and/or real estate
. Relevant 2-3 years experience in real estate preferably in logistics and industrial
. Proven academic track record with strong performance in analytical and financial courses
. Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail is essential
. Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
. Proficiency in English and a second language
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) (VBA and other software skills a plus)
