We are seeking a motivated individual to join the DSTA Masterplanning and Systems Architecting Programme Centre. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting decision-making for MINDEF, SAF and DSTA.
As an Analyst/ Senior Analyst, you will develop decision-support models and combat simulations, and conduct rigorous analysis to propose optimal system solutions and operational concepts.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Collaborating with stakeholders: Work closely with MINDEF, SAF and DSTA stakeholders to frame the problem statements and clarify key decisions.
- Developing solutions: Develop solutions that address the problem statements using optimisation techniques, artificial intelligence, and modelling & simulation.
- Conducting in-depth Analysis: Perform in-depth to derive insights and support decision-making.

- A degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Strong foundation in modelling and simulation, probability and statistics, and programming (e.g. VB, Java, C++, C#)
- Excellent analytical ability with strong written and verbal communication skills
- A team player who is proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn
