.Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for core banking enhancements and projects.
.Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for AS/400 or Silverlake-based applications.
.Analyze existing banking processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, or system improvements.
.Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and operations to ensure accurate solution delivery.
.Support SIT/UAT by preparing test scenarios, validating outcomes, and managing defect resolutions.
.Conduct impact analysis, data mapping, and system configuration activities.
.Support migration, integration, or modernization efforts involving AS/400 or Silverlake platforms.
.Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, interface documents, and user guides.
.Ensure solutions comply with regulatory, risk, and security standards within banking environments.
.Act as SME for core banking modules such as Payments, Loans, Deposits, GL, Credit, and Customer Information.
Requirement
.5-12+ years as a Technical Business Analyst in Banking / Financial Services.
.Strong hands-on understanding of AS/400 (RPG/CL, DB2/400) and/or Silverlake Core Banking System.
.Experience with core banking processes:
oPayments & Transfers
oLoans & Lending
oDeposits & CASA
oTrade Finance (optional)
oCustomer & Account Management
.Ability to prepare high-quality documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, data mapping).
.Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
.Strong SQL/data analysis skills and understanding of DB2/400 file structures.
.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
