Key Responsibilities
- Analysis & Design:Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze user requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs and functional specifications.
- Development & Implementation:Design, code, test, and implement high-quality software solutions, primarily using Java, J2EE, and related technologies.
- Application Support & Maintenance:Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for existing Oracle and in-house applications, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Troubleshooting:Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Continuous Improvement:Develop new features, enhance existing systems, and participate in the full software development lifecycle to meet evolving business needs.
Required
Qualifications & Skills We're Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a Java/J2EE development environment.
- Proven skills in JSP, Servlets, and a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
- Solid experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred (An Advantage)
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Knowledge of PL/SQL for database programming.
- Familiarity with PHP or other web technologies.
