about the Job

As an Analyst Programmer, you'll be a key part of our technology team, taking full ownership of the end-to-end software development lifecycle. You'll be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and developing new applications, and enhancing existing systems. The role involves close collaboration with various business units to translate their needs into technical solutions, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards. You will also be involved in system maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

skills and Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
4-8 years of experience in managing complex IT incidents or working in an operational leadership role within a matrixed organization.
Strong understanding of application support, end-of-day batch processing, and core infrastructure domains (e.g., storage, network, Unix/Linux).
Experience with middleware, web/application services, and payment systems is a plus.
Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace.
Expertise with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy and ticket automation.
Hands-on experience with root cause analysis (RCA) techniques like 5 Whys or Fishbone, and post-mortem processes.
Experience tracking KPIs (like MTTR and SLA), ensuring audit readiness, and handling regulatory reporting.
