ANALYST PROGRAMMER (Low Code & Automation Developer)

REQUIREMENTS:

- 6 years post graduate experience working with Personal computers or compatibles

- 6 years post graduate experience using MS OS such as Windows 11 or higher and Microsoft Outlook

- Able to conduct unit, module, functional and volume testing to analyze test results and to take corrective action.

a) Minimum 6 years of experiencein low-code/no-code development and deploying solutions, specifically with Microsoft Power Platform.

b) Microsoft Power Platform certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

c) Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

d) Familiarity with SharePoint Lists and Document Libraries integration.

e) Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

f) Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English.

g) Have a keen desire to learn and adapt to different technologies.

h) Exhibit strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

i. Building and maintaining applications using low-code/no-code platforms, such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

ii. Design, develop, implement, and maintain business process flows, approval workflows, data connectors, and recommend improvements.

iii. Customizing workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and reports using low-code/no-code (LCNC) development tools that also includes Open Government Products (OGP) suite of LCNC tools, such as FormSG, Plumber (for automating workflows), Postman.

iv. Leveraging RPA tools such as Power Automate to create business process flows, automate workflows, and integrate with SharePoint Lists, Dataverse, Teams, and other data repositories.

v. Collaborating with product owners, users, and stakeholders to understand business requirements, recommend solutions, and implement optimized solutions.

vi. Conducting end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and providing end-user application support.

vii. Design and create database models.

viii. Maintaining documentation for functional specifications, solution designs, and code according to best practices.

ix. Provide user training and post-deployment support.

x. Regular check in with other team members on sharing of Power Platform development and best practices.

xi. Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned.
