Key Responsibilities- Support portfolio and asset-level strategy, performance tracking, and quarterly valuations.
- Develop fund models, analyze performance, and prepare reporting for investors and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor liquidity, manage fund expenses, and assist with distributions.
- Conduct market research, macro trend analysis, and help manage FX, interest rate, and tax risks.
- Collaborate across regional teams on transactions, fundraising, product development, and operations.
Requirements- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in real estate, investments, or fund management.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; solid accounting knowledge.
