Job scope:
Platforms

. Provide support to Bloomberg AIM and other front-office platforms to ensure efficient service quality.

. Ensure daily business-as-usual (BAU) support as per SOP

. Perform regular systematic checks and assist in audits related to the trading platform and other related applications/platforms.

. Understand and capture business requirements from investment research teams, portfolio managers, trading desks and operations in order to effectively transform these into technical specifications.

Market Data Management

. Manage contracts with vendors related to platforms, market data feed subscriptions and user licenses.

. Build and maintain good relationship with a diverse group of external vendors.

. Facilitate data usage audits and enforce compliance with terms and conditions based on agreements.

. Vendor management: Track incidents, negotiate change requests, and escalate issues.
