Job Description

Provide day-to-day operational support across the Operations function, including fund operations, operational risk, management reporting, business administration, and process improvement activities. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory and company requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the execution of daily fund operational activities, including trade processing, settlements, reconciliations, cash management, corporate actions, pricing, and NAV oversight.
• Assist in monitoring operational risks, incident tracking, control testing, and the implementation of risk mitigation measures.
• Prepare and maintain management reports, operational dashboards, regulatory submissions, and ad-hoc reporting for senior management.
• Support vendor, custodian, fund administrator, and service provider oversight activities.
• Assist with business administration matters, including documentation management, policy and procedure updates, audit requests, and operational record keeping.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Investment, Compliance, Finance, Risk, and Distribution teams, to support business initiatives and projects.
• Participate in process improvement, automation, and operational enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency and strengthen controls.
• Support business continuity, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Assist with new fund launches, account openings, client onboarding, and other operational projects when required.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by the Head of Operations.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in operations, fund administration, asset management, banking, financial services, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
