What You'll Do:

Your responsibilities will lay on three main Areas

People Management

  • Lead the Insights Team: Manage a team of analysts and project managers, guiding them to deliver high-quality insights and client outputs.

  • Develop & Mentor Talent: Support the growth and development of your team through regular feedback, coaching, and creating opportunities to build core skills in media analysis and insights.

  • Coach & Train: Identify development areas across your team and contribute to training initiatives, strengthening capabilities in consumer, audience, and market insights.

Operations & Delivery Excellence

  • Deliver Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day delivery across your portfolio, ensuring efficient workflows and consistent, high-quality outputs.

  • Drive Execution of Insights Work: Manage the production of curated newsletters, bespoke reports, and other professional services deliverables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales, Client Success, and regional stakeholders to support client needs and ensure alignment on deliverables and priorities.

  • Ensure Quality Control: Maintain strong quality standards across all outputs, implementing checks and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.

  • Manage Team Workload: Utilize internal tools to effectively allocate resources, monitor workload, and ensure balanced team capacity.

Client Delivery & Portfolio Management

  • Manage Client Portfolio: Oversee delivery for your client portfolio, ensuring high-quality, insight-led outputs that support client objectives and retention.

  • Understand Client Needs: Translate client requirements and business challenges into structured deliverables and actionable insights.

  • Support Client Engagement: Partner with senior stakeholders on client interactions, contributing to insight generation and storytelling.

  • Share Insights & Best Practices: Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams, including use cases, client learnings, and industry trends.

  • Build Market Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of media, consumer, and audience trends to support insight-driven work.

This role is not a quota-carrying sales position. Commercial responsibilities are centered on portfolio health, client retention, and insight-led growth in close partnership with Meltwater's Sales organization.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, Communications, Data Analytics).

  • 8-10 years of experience across consumer insights, audience research, analytics, or strategy roles, with at least 5 years leading teams. Experience on the agency side (e.g., Ipsos, Kantar) or client side in brand/consumer insights is highly valued.

  • Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring teams of data analysts or strategists in a client-focused environment.

  • Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market, with a strong grasp of digital trends, media, and consumer behavior in the region.

  • Advanced analytical skills, including expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools. Familiarity with Meltwater's platform is a plus.

  • Client-facing experience, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable, strategic insights for both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Management: proven record of being able to: assert your ideas and proposals to internal and external stakeholders, ensure coordination of full life cycle projects are delivered within scope and meet client needs, mitigate conflicts for internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly and effectively to senior leadership and clients.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.

  • A proactive mindset, with a commitment to driving results and continuously improving processes and outcomes.

  • Language skills: Proficiency in English is required. Additional Southeast Asian languages are a plus, but not required.

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with flexibility to work remotely and in the office 3 days a week (if applicable based on the location).
