Analyst, Financial Management

Join Leeden National Oxygen Ltd as an Analyst, Financial Management in our Pioneer West Region office. This full-time role will see you provide strategic financial analysis and reporting to support the company's key objectives and decision-making.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses to provide insights into the company's financial performance

• Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and other financial plans

• Identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement in the company's financial position

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and provide recommendations

• Support the month-end and year-end financial close processes

• Maintain and enhance financial models and reporting tools

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies

What we're looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field

• 5+ years experience in a financial analysis or reporting role, preferably in process costing experience

• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with financial modelling and data analysis

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards

• Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualisation tools
