They have a fully integrated presence across the real estate value chain, with in-house capabilities spanning investments, fund management, design & development, leasing, and property management.

Education & Experience: MBA/ SCAQ(CA)/ Post graduate finance with 4-5 years of work experience

Job Description:

Profile- Analyst- Finance & Asset Management

Finance & Accounts Responsibilities

• Banking assistance for Singapore entities
• Liaise with Singapore consultants to ensure compliance with all applicable statutory, regulatory, and accounting requirements.
• Oversee timely accounting, reporting, and integration of financial records following transactions and business events.

Asset Management Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing investor reports across portfolio assets,
• Conduct detailed market research on rental trends, occupancy levels, market dynamics, and competitive benchmarks to validate and refine investment assumptions for India Markets.
• Monitor portfolio performance against business plans and assist in developing actionable insights to improve asset outcomes and investor value.
