Job Summary
You will deliver quality technical reports and solutions, support technicians, ensure workplace safety, and develop training and operational plans to enhance pest management services and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver clear, quality technical reports and solutions to customers and internal teams to support decision-making
- Develop, maintain, and improve client report formats and structures for consistency and accessibility across staff
- Support technicians in creating simple, standardized service reports to enhance operational efficiency
- Identify and troubleshoot technical problems to resolve client issues promptly and effectively
- Provide one-on-one technical guidance to employees on an ad-hoc basis to build team capability
- Develop and conduct quality assurance checks to monitor service standards and identify improvement areas
- Investigate and monitor unresolved customer problems to devise corrective action plans
- Create and implement service audit checklists to ensure technicians maintain high service quality consistently
- Enforce workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Develop risk assessments for pest management tasks to establish safety protocols and minimize hazards
- Create maintenance checklists for tools and equipment to ensure safety and operational functionality
- Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize pest management operations
- Establish action plans to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of pest management services
- Procure and allocate mechanized and automated equipment to support pest management work
- Attend new product launches to evaluate operational and service enhancements for pest control
- Interpret plans, specifications, and government regulations related to chemical agents used in pest control
- Monitor pesticide usage levels, regulate pesticide rotation, and manage purchase requisitions to maintain supply
- Develop, schedule, and conduct in-house technical and non-technical training sessions to upskill staff
- Conduct training sessions based on external courses attended to transfer knowledge within the company
- Invite external experts to conduct training sessions for company-wide learning and development
- Develop and deliver external training programs as value-added services to customers, generating sales leads
- Create training plans and maintain training records for new employees to ensure qualification for pest treatments
- Manage client requests to ensure positive communication and smooth service delivery, enhancing client satisfaction
