Provide quality technical reports and solutions to customers and team
Develop, maintain and improve on existing client reports and structure
Support technicians to develop and/or create simple service report
Ensure standardization and accessibility of reports to all staff
Extend business from potential and existing customers to acquire sales leads and/or sales for report services
Troubleshoot technical problems
To assist all employees with one-on-one questions on any technical related topics on an ad-hoc basis
Develop and conduct quality assurance checks
Devise a plan, investigate and monitor situations whereby our technicians did not manage to solve customers problems
Develop and conduct service audit checklists to ensure that technicians perform a consistently high service quality
Enforce compliance to applicable workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations and usage of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Create risk assessments associated with pest management work on site to establish safety procedures and protocol
Create maintenance checklist for safety and functionality checks on tools and equipment
Develop Standard Operating Procedure for technicians
Establish action plans to enhance the effectiveness of pest management operations
Procure and allocate mechanized and automated equipment for pest management work
Attend new product launches for operations and service enhancements
Interpret plans, specifications and government regulations for various chemical agents
Regulate the use of pesticides. Monitor the usage level and put up a purchase requisition for pesticides when supplies are low. Ensure pesticide rotation
Structured learning: Develop, schedule & conduct one to two in-house technical or non-technical teach-in sessions
Imparting knowledge from external training: Conduct training for every external training that you have attended
Inviting people of expertise to conduct free or paid training to the entire company
External training: Develop and conduct external training as a value added service to our customers. Acquire sales leads and/or sales for these type of external training whenever possible
Develop a training plan for new employees
Develop training records to ensure that they received proper training and are qualified to treat each specific pest /problem
Manage Client's request
Ensure positive client experience by ensuring positive experience in customer communication and smooth operation for the services rendered
