Analyst

Primary duties include analyzing, researching, modeling, and evaluating digital infrastructure opportunities in the region.

• Perform ad hoc financial analysis/modeling, including discounted cash flows, asset valuations, and cost benefit calculations. This includes pro-forma creation within Excel, strategic scenario analysis.
• Conduct market and submarket analysis and reporting on competition demographics, supply and demand drivers
• Assist in preparation of investor reporting, including quarterly updates and responding to specific investor requests
• Participate on regular portfolio-related conference calls
• Investment write up briefs
• Performing market research

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, real estate or related
• Able to work well within a team and possess superb analytical, quantitative, problem solving, writing and communication skills
• Independent thinker, high level of initiative and strong work ethic. Ability to work well with little direction or as part of a collaborative team
• Strong grasp of financial principles and concepts
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
