Role Overview

Based in Singapore, the Analyst, Digital and Technology is reporting to the Senior Director, Delivery Excellence.

This role centers on managing and supporting the Product Owner with meeting and workshop preparation, while driving project coordination, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement across the project initiatives. It involves close collaboration with internal departments, Member airlines, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of airline operations, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to facilitate collaborative problem-solving across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project and Product Management

  • Work closely with Project Manager to manage the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with broader Customer Experience goals.
  • Support roadmap development, prioritization, and milestone tracking for project deliverables.
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of project tasks.

Support for Product Owner

  • Assist with the preparation of materials for meetings and workshops.
  • Help facilitate structured sessions with stakeholders to capture requirements, align on solutions, and define next steps.
  • Maintain documentation, action logs, and ensure effective meeting outcomes.

Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination

  • Engage with internal teams and Member carriers to gather input and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Support stakeholder communication and manage expectations.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Collect and analyze project-related operational data to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Translate findings into actionable insights for the project team and Member airlines.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of documentation, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Uphold high standards of detail and clarity in all deliverables.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Timely execution of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Effective meeting facilitation and follow-up support.
  • High-quality, accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Constructive engagement with Member airlines and internal stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in airline operations, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience in workshop facilitation or stakeholder engagement preferred.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
