Analyst -Contract (Corporate Actions & Asset servicing)

Job role:-

Asset Servicing is responsible for managing Voluntary Income and Corporate Actions events across global equity and fixed income products. Our focus areas include:

. Event creation and reconciliation

. Instruction and entitlement distribution

. Dedicated client service

Key Responsibilities

. Manage distribution of entitlements from Voluntary and Mandatory APAC Equity & Fixed Income Corporate Action and Income events

. Create and maintain Asset Servicing events in proprietary systems

. Support internal trading desks, prime brokerage clients, stock loan counterparties, and external brokers

. Reconcile cash and stock balances accurately

. Interpret and liaise with custodian banks and self-clear markets using industry standards such as SWIFT

. Deliver precise, timely work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Skills & Experience

We're looking for candidates with:

. Strong understanding of broker-dealer environments and associated market risks

. Experience in Asset Servicing within APAC markets

. Superior organizational skills for both daily operations and project work

. Logical, proactive problem-solving abilities

. Excellent teamwork and good communication skills

. Ability to thrive in high-risk environments with challenging deadlines

. A track record using of initiative and process improvement
