Position Purpose
This is a position within the Commodity Derivatives Sales team in Singapore focusing on the China and SE Asia market across energy, metals and agriculture commodities. The candidate will work closely with trading and other stakeholders to generate sales revenues for BNP Asia's commodity derivatives franchise.
Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by nurturing existing client relationships, onboarding new accounts, and supporting product development initiatives. Utilize BNP's commodity product suite to deliver tailored hedging solutions for Asianbased counterparties. Produce and distribute timely commoditymarket commentary for client use Execute and book derivatives transactions, prepare the necessary legal documentation, and oversee posttrade activities-including confirmation and settlement. Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulatory and conduct standards. Collaborate closely with internal partners-trading, risk, coverage, and backoffice teams-to achieve defined performance targets.
