We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Analyst to join my client's team. In this role, you will be a strategic partner to Sales, enabling client investment in our offshore mutual funds. Acting as a key point of contact, you will guide clients through the account opening process, ensuring a seamless and positive investment experience.
This position requires strong collaboration with Compliance, Legal, and AML teams, as well as exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients during onboarding, addressing inquiries on fund details, account structures, and regulatory requirements.
- Onboarding Orchestration: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, coordinating with Compliance, Legal, and AML teams to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Process Management & Control: Maintain rigorous internal controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- AML/KYC Coordination: Work closely with AML/KYC teams to conduct thorough due diligence on new clients in line with regulations and internal policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding processes, leveraging data and problem-solving skills to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Communication & Collaboration: Convey complex information clearly to clients and internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Ownership & Accountability: Take responsibility for assigned projects, managing competing priorities effectively while exceeding client expectations.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in client service, onboarding, or asset management.
- Proven KYC/AML experience with thorough knowledge of compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with trading counterparties and fund structures.
Contract period 6-8 months subject to further extension.
