Analyst Business Operations

This role supports global pricing administration, costing, and billing execution across Sales, Factories, and Business Units. The position ensures accurate and timely billing through SAP, provides pricing and cost insights to support profitable decisions, and drives continuous improvement in pricing administration processes.

The ideal candidate brings strong SAP and billing expertise, solid understanding of OSAT assembly and test cost drivers, and the ability to work effectively across regions, functions, and systems in a fastchanging business environment. This position is based in our Regional Singapore office.

Core Responsibilities

Provide daily pricing administration support to global Sales, Billing, and Business Operations teams, ensuring accurate and timely billing.

- Coordinate closely with factories on test billing administration and issue resolution.

- Guide global Sales teams on quoting, billing, and missing price issues.

- Troubleshoot pricing and billing discrepancies by working across Sales, Factory, IT, and Business Units.

- Analyze internal pricing and billing administration processes to identify gaps and efficiency improvement
opportunities.

Respond timely to relevant pricing requests through price benchmarking and cost estimate.

- Prepare cost models to support pricing decisions and provide manufacturing readiness inputs to Business
Units, Engineering, and Factories.

- Support internal crossfunctional discussions and critical product costing reviews.

Ad-hoc analysis of various revenue related items.

- Perform analysis to support management and business units in decisionmaking.

- Partner with Business Units, Factories, and Sales to ensure an integrated, profitmaximizing approach to pricing
and execution.

Job Specifications (Qualifications/Experience/Skills & Knowledge/Personal Qualities)

. BS degree in Engineering.

. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry.

. Prior OSAT experience with exposure to assembly and/or test processes is strongly preferred

. Strong working knowledge of SAP pricing and billing processes.

. Strong IT aptitude and comfort working across multiple systems and data sources.

. Advanced Excel skills and ability to manipulate large data set is a must.

. Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate technical requirements/issues into the business context or
vice versa.

. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

. Independent, able to multi-task, and collaborate with cross functional and cultural groups.
