JCB2's clients span three main industries: (1) the Automotive & Technology sector, (2) the Information, Communications Technology & Retail sector, and (3) the Social Infrastructure and Industrial sector.

Job Responsibilities
- Credit Agreement (CA) Management:
- Monitor CA due dates and share maturity lists with RMs and the HYBRID team.
- Obtain instructions from RMs and prepare CA packages.
- Circulate CA documents for approval and follow up with CRA/HO.
- Bank Guarantee (BG) Processing:
- Manage BG applications including legal requests, liaise with customers, and prepare
documents.
- Send drafts, follow up on issuance, and prepare monthly reports.
- Monitor open-ended and auto-renewal BGs.
- Customer & Compliance Support:
- Respond to inquiries (PRIME/EAGLE, compliance, remittance, etc.).
- Conduct transaction monitoring and compliance screening.
- Support quarterly quality assurance reviews.
- Handle registration/update of indemnity letters and METS GLOBAL.
- Guide customers on forms and provide bank reference letters.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks such as AFA and Mobius waivers.
- Conduct KYC/CDD screening.
- Manage physical mail and reference letters
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare monthly (e.g., provisional transaction) and quarterly (KRI) reports.
- Prepare half-yearly and yearly renewal reports for preferential fees, etc.
- Other Duties:
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail for physical documents other than credit agreements,
SUREFAX/Swift messages.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or management
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree with at least one to three years of relevant experience with exposure to Corporate Banking, especially for large listed corporations and/or commodity/energy/food and agriculture sectors
- Product knowledge in Corporate banking products such as Loans, Transaction banking products, Treasury FX required
- Product knowledge in securities and asset management advantageous
- High levels of influencing skills with strong credit and marketing skill
