Job Description

  • Preparation/collation of data and information for reporting purposes
  • Preparation of internal memos, internal/external applications and related admin matters
  • Be responsible for meeting arrangements within the team, as well as with other departments
  • General administration support on expats related matters
  • Any other other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • The ideal candidate should have/be:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration
  • Basic or intermediate Excel skills
  • Candidate with at least 2 years of working experience using Japanese language in business setting is needed as frequent communication with Japanese expats is required for this role.
  • Candidates with working experience in Japanese companies are preferred but not essential as familiarity with the Japanese business customs is required to effectively communicate with Japanese expats within/outside the department
  • Meticulous, and a self starter
  • Team oriented
