Job Description

  • Manage the schedules and appointments and act as secretary to the co-heads of CPDAP
  • Manage expense claims and admin work undertaken by Planning Team
  • Preparing minutes of meeting, presentation material and reports
  • Such other tasks as assigned by the co-heads of CPDAP

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in team and office administration support
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Meticulous and self starter
  • Adaptable, able to multi task and work in a multi cultural setting
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Team oriented
  • Prepared to learn and take on simple compliance related tasks eg checking and compiling information from regional reports
