Analog IC Design Engineer

Job Description

Design and develop high-performance analog ICs for high-speed data communication and automotive battery management systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative designs that meet technical requirements and support next-generation technologies.

Key responsibilities:

. Planning and designing IC block or system architecture based on design requirements

. Perform circuit design/analysis, simulation based on specs

. Prepare and discuss circuit, results of design in design reviews

. Conduct IC verificationon bench to check IC performance with respect to design

. Work with layout engineer for device level design to realize best circuit response

. Work with application engineers to support customer application issues

Requirements:

. PhD/Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent

. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

. Fresh graduates as well as experienced IC designers are welcome to apply. Compensation for candidates with relevant experience will commensurate with years of experience.

Preferred competencies

For HSIF:

. Good knowledge in High-Speed Interfaces design and be willing to take on the challenge of creating cutting-edge new technology by anticipating market trends and product evolution.

. Possess good knowledge in analyzing and designing High-Speed Interface PHY, ADC, PLL, Clock and data recovery (CDR), Equalization and signal integrity optimization, Amplifiers, reference voltages etc.

. Experience in developing IC and proficient in design tools usage (Cadence/Synopsys, CustomCompiler/Fine Sim)

For BMS

. Good analytical skills and technical skills in analog/digital function circuits such as Switch capacitor amplifier, AD Convertor, High voltage power supply design: DCDC, LDO, Chargepump, High precision reference BGR, Oscillator, Amplifier,Comparator, etc) .

. Experience in developing IC and proficient in design tools usage (Cadence/Synopsys)

. Familar with Lab measurement and characterization equipment

. Silicon debugging skill to solve design issues
