We're seeking an Analog IC Bench Test Engineer / Silicon Validation Engineer for a 6-month contract with one of our key semiconductor clients in Singapore. This role suits an experienced engineer with strong analog and mixed-signal testing expertise and a passion for hands-on silicon validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform bench testing and characterization of analog and mixed-signal PMU blocks (LDOs, voltage references, comparators, temperature sensors).
- Conduct evaluations across process, voltage, and temperature corners.
- Bring up and debug silicon and evaluation boards.
- Analyse results, prepare detailed test reports, and present findings.
- Automate test and measurement processes using scripting (Python, VB, LabVIEW).
- Collaborate with design teams for characterization, ATE correlation, and debug activities.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years analog/mixed-signal bench testing experience.
- Solid understanding of test parameters (load/line regulation, PSRR, transient response, IQ, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with lab instruments: oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, thermal-stream systems, electronic loads, and function generators.
- Strong coding ability for test automation via GPIB, serial, or Ethernet interfaces.
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about analog IC validation.
