Your Mission

Monitor and support outsourced teams on a daily basis Help with new features and process implementation Interaction with internal teams from different areas and countries and with external partners.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Act as the main point of contact for BPO escalations and daily operational support requests.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics of outsourced operations, ensuring alignment with business targets.
  • Identify operational issues, process gaps, or system anomalies, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and implement action plans aimed at improving key operational KPIs.
  • Support negotiation strategies with outsourced partners, incorporating market best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization within outsourced operations.
  • Support the creation and improvement of processes related to new product features.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution for new systems or features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to align operational initiatives.
  • Expected Outcomes:
  • Ensure strong oversight of outsourced collections partners, driving continuous improvement in operational KPIs.
  • Support the successful implementation of new features and operational processes.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

What You Need to Take on This Challenge

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced English (speaking, reading, and writing required).
  • Experience with outsourced collections operations or vendor management is required.
  • Hands-on mindset, with the ability to think strategically while executing operational tasks.
  • Data-driven profile, comfortable working with complex analyses and performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
