Your Mission
Monitor and support outsourced teams on a daily basis Help with new features and process implementation Interaction with internal teams from different areas and countries and with external partners.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Act as the main point of contact for BPO escalations and daily operational support requests.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics of outsourced operations, ensuring alignment with business targets.
- Identify operational issues, process gaps, or system anomalies, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and implement action plans aimed at improving key operational KPIs.
- Support negotiation strategies with outsourced partners, incorporating market best practices.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization within outsourced operations.
- Support the creation and improvement of processes related to new product features.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution for new systems or features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to align operational initiatives.
- Expected Outcomes:
- Ensure strong oversight of outsourced collections partners, driving continuous improvement in operational KPIs.
- Support the successful implementation of new features and operational processes.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
What You Need to Take on This Challenge
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced English (speaking, reading, and writing required).
- Experience with outsourced collections operations or vendor management is required.
- Hands-on mindset, with the ability to think strategically while executing operational tasks.
- Data-driven profile, comfortable working with complex analyses and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
